Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Turn patient inquiries into booked consultations.

We’re hiring an experienced phone-based sales professional to follow up on high-ticket dental implant inquiries and book consultations for U.S. practices.

Patients are considering implant and related treatment that commonly ranges from $5,000 to $50,000+—not routine cleanings. You bring confident English, strong listening, and follow-through. We provide the leads, call framework, tools, and coaching.

The Role

You make the calls. You earn the appointment.

These are people who have already asked about high-ticket dental treatment. Your job is to reach them, understand their situation, work through hesitation, and help suitable patients take the next step toward a consultation.

The consults you book sit in front of implant and related procedures that often run $5k–$50k+. That means the conversation has to feel calm, credible, and thorough—not rushed or scripted.

Expect a call-heavy day with outbound follow-up, callbacks, and supporting texts. This is an active sales role—not a chat-only or administrative position.

You qualify and book the consultation. The practice handles clinical recommendations, treatment planning, and closing the treatment sale.

  • Respond and follow up

Call new inquiries promptly, work your callbacks, and keep conversations moving.

  • Build trust and qualify

Listen carefully, handle objections, and follow the practice’s qualification and booking guidelines.

  • Book accurately

Use the correct practice calendar, capture the required details, and leave clear notes for the team.

  • Help patients follow through

Confirm consultations, manage agreed reschedules, and keep patient records and next steps current.

We care about qualified bookings and patients showing up.

When treatment can run five figures, rushed calls cost everyone. Consistent outreach, strong conversations, accurate scheduling, and reliable follow-up all matter.

Who We’re Looking For

Confident on the phone. Consistent with the details.

You’ve worked in phone-based sales or appointment setting, and you can explain how you turn conversations into appointments. You’re comfortable asking questions, handling hesitation, and guiding someone toward a clear next step.

  • Excellent spoken English: You can hold a natural, unscripted conversation with U.S. patients and respond clearly to follow-up questions.
  • Relevant sales experience: You have personally booked appointments or moved prospects forward through phone conversations.
  • Comfort with systems: You can use a dialer and CRM, take accurate notes, and follow practice-specific scheduling instructions.
  • Reliable follow-through: You keep callbacks, communicate problems, and stay available during your agreed shift.

Dental or healthcare appointment-setting experience is strongly preferred. Spanish fluency is a valuable additional skill.

Expect a short spoken-English introduction and a live appointment-setting role-play. We’re interested in how you listen, explain, and respond—not how polished your video looks.
